Please read the following instructions if you are paying with mobile money in Tanzania. In Tanzania, we accept Tigo Pesa, Vodacom M-Pesa or Airtel Money. If you are still having issues, please contact us and we can assist you.
Before you begin, please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your mobile money account.
Note: If you already have an account, please login to your account before checking out.
Step 2: Direct Pay Online is a secure platform we use to collect payments. On the Direct Pay Online screen, they will also ask you to fill out your information in the top right corner. Input your information and then select Mobile Money as your Payment Method. Ensure that you select the appropriate mobile money operator.
Note: Ensure that the mobile money number you enter to make payment is the same as in your personal information. Start your number with 7XXXXXXXX. Do not put +255 in your mobile number as it is already entered on the screen.
Step 3: Once you enter all your information, click on Pay via Mobile. Once you click on Pay via Mobile, you have less than 60 minutes to complete the next steps or else you need to restart from the beginning.
Step 4:The next steps will be different depending on whether you are using Tigo Pesa, Vodacom M-Pesa or Airtel Money.
For Tigo Pesa:
- Tigo will send you a prompt to enter your Tigo Pesa mobile money pin to approve the amount to be deducted. Enter the Tigo Pesa PIN. You will receive an SMS confirmation of your transaction from Tigo Pesa.
- If you don’t receive a prompt to your phone, you must use the pay bill function using *150*01#. The instructions will be provided on the payment screen including the the business number, reference number, and amount.
For Vodacom M-Pesa:
- For Vodacom M-Pesa, you must use the pay bill function using *150*00#. The instructions will be provided on the payment screen including the the business number, reference number, and amount.
For Airtel Money:
- For Airtel Money, you must use the pay bill function using *150*60#. The instructions will be provided on the payment screen including the the business number, business name, reference number, and amount.
Step 5: If payment is successful, you will receive two email confirmations, one from Haystack and one from DPO. Once you receive those email confirmations, you can Login and go to your Profile page and access the courses.
